- Trade Passages quality control services are designed to protect your business. We understand that money saved by manufacturing in China means nothing if the quality of goods shipped is substandard or do not meet the proper safety requirements.
Trade Passages encourages clients to understand all U.S. regulations for their products and will provide support for all quality control and testing needs.
Factory Audits – We inspect manufacturing equipment (including tooling and molds), document working
conditions, interview management, and evaluate production capacity, engineering support and quality systems.
In-line Inspection – After mass production has begun, we conduct in-line inspections prior to 25% of the order being completed. This is to catch potential problems at an early stage.
Final Inspection – We inspect goods according to AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) or 100% inspection standards before goods are shipped.
Laboratory Testing and Certification – When products need formal certification based on your local regulations, we work with our partner accredited laboratories for each type of certificate needed ( CE, CA65, RoHS, EN71).
